• process debits (collect money from customers) or credits (distribute money to customers, for example, through Direct Deposit)
• set up multiple recurring payment schedules (weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-yearly, and yearly) 
• you control the auto-representment of dishonored items: immediately, delayed a number of days, or on a specific day up to two times after the initial decline.
• use check imaging for converting checks received though the mail or in a face-to-face environment 
  import/export customers’ payment information 
• track customer account numbers, invoice numbers, etc. with customized fields  
• email payment receipts
• take it on the road—process payments anywhere there’s a computer connected to the Internet
• secure faster settlement through direct bank connection (larger merchants only)

Our complete suite of integrated real-time reports can be broken down by location, division, or region.  Online reports can be converted into multiple file formats:  CSV, Excel, RTF, HTML, PDF and more.

Accessibility makes Virtual Terminal unique. This solution supports multiple companies and multiple locations under ONE login.  Multiple employees can have password-privileged access to the system at no extra cost.

To protect yourself against loss, you can integrate Virtual Terminal with Check Verification Services and Customer Identity and Authentication Services.

Training and Support

We pride ourselves on the training and support we provide our clients.  Once your solution has been approved, we’ll schedule a time with you to assist you in setting up your Virtual Terminal.  After the set-up, we provide detailed training on how to use it.  The support doesn’t stop there, however. Later if you have questions about a specific transaction or compliance issues or have new staff members you need trained, we’ll be there to assist you, all for no additional fee.
