ACH and Credit Card Processing Software
Just like our Virtual Terminal,
our Windows-based Payment Processing Software allows you to easily initiate
ACH,
credit card, or debit card transactions whether they are single, recurring, or
future-date transactions. Also like our Virtual Terminal, with our Payment Processing Software,
you can process payments received over the phone, convert checks received though
the mail, enter payments received over a web site, and more. Transmit data via a
modem or Internet connection.
Our ACH and Credit Card Processing Software differs from our Virtual Terminal in that you download the
software to your computer, so the data is stored on your system, and you batch out payments instead of
having the payments automatically processing behind the scenes through our servers. Merchants who desire
this type of processing generally do so because they like to create reports, review transactions, confirm
data, and then transmit the data to our servers. You might also desire this solution because you would
rather have the data sitting on your servers instead of ours until the day it’s ready to be processed.
Special Features
With our ACH and Credit Card Processing Software, you can process debits (collect money from customers)
or credits (distribute money to customers, for example, through Direct Deposit). And you can set up multiple
recurring payment schedules (weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-yearly, and yearly).
Our software is capable of supporting check imaging for converting checks received through the mail
or in a face-to-face environment. This solution supports multiple file types for importing payment
data and offers customized fields for tracking customer account numbers, invoice numbers, etc.
It also supports multiple check readers, check imagers, and credit card readers and is networkable.
Our Payment Processing Software integrates with our Check Verification Services.
For items returned unpaid you control
the auto-representment of these dishonored items: immediately, delayed a number of days, or on a specific
day up to two times after the initial decline.
Through a complete suite of integrated real-time reports, reporting can be broken down by location,
division, or region. Online reports can be converted into multiple file formats: CSV, Excel, RTF,
HTML, PDF and more.
This solution supports multiple companies and multiple locations under ONE login.
