The Process
You collect bank account information from your customers or donors by mail, fax, telephone or Internet, and then submit that information in an electronic file to NCMS, who collects the payment on your behalf.
To offer direct debit in many countries, it is necessary to print a direct debit permission form and include it with your order form or invoice. Depending on the country, there may be strict rules about the wording and layout of the permission form. NCMS will provide you with all the details you need.
