Batch Processing Systems

Batch Processing ACH Payments via uploaded secure batch files to a Secure FTP (SFTP) site is a quick and easy way to process ACH debits and credits along with credit card payments. Most ACH processors have the ability to do this in its most basic form.  However, as with all of National Cash Management Systems' (NCMS) Batch Processing systems and services, we go way beyond "basic" when it comes to processing batch files.

Batch Upload/Download Automation

Would you like to automate the process of uploading and downloading your batch files?   NCMS has software available at no charge to assist you in that process.  Our software will take a file that you saved to a particular directory, compress/encrypt it, and transmit it automatically to the server. Additionally, it will query the server to see if there are any result files, and download them for you into the directory that you specify.

Our disaster recovery and back-up plan is based on this standard, and we’re Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) and Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standard compliant. Our co-located, fully redundant back-up site is kept at a Fortune 500 state-of-the-art hardened facility which has a 99.9% up time. Our N + 1 architecture eliminates single point of failure. Redundancy is at ALL levels--software, hardware, network, environmental, and physical. Hot spares are on site at all sites.

Server and network utilization is kept at 30% or less!  Our modular system design allows for immediately adding critical system resources if there are anomalous usage increases. And our system can handle millions of transactions per hour.
