Automated Call Back Identification and Verification is the newest tool available in the fight against online fraud. This unique service automates manual phone verification and allows you to know for sure that your web user is available at the phone number he/she has entered on your website. By removing the anonymity offered to Internet users, you will expose fraudsters and ensure that only legitimate orders are processed.

Verification Process Works as Follows:

1. Online business seeks customer verification.
2. Automated call generated to number provided by customer.
3. A random 3 or 4-digit numeric code is given to customer via telephone.
4. Customer enters the security code onto website.
5. If code matches, payment process is allowed to proceed.

The Interactive Telephone Verification service is also able to identify telephone numbers as Landline, Wireless, or VOIP (Internet-based) numbers. Because most fraud is perpetrated by users providing VOIP numbers, you can choose to block all transactions originating from users of these Internet-based numbers.
